Texas Lottery
How to play, draw times, and the real odds for Texas's daily-number games — plus live results and analytics on DueDigits.
Daily-number games
Texas runs Pick 3 (Pick 3) and Daily 4 (Pick 4). Each is a digit game — you pick the digits and the lottery draws the same number of digits, each from 0–9, every session. Tap a game to see its full results history and pattern analytics on DueDigits.
Draw times are shown in U.S. Central time. Sales typically close shortly before each draw — check with the official Texas Lottery for exact cutoffs.
National & multi-state jackpot games
Beyond its own daily-number games, Texas also sells Powerball and Mega Millions. Tap a game for live results, jackpot history, hot & cold numbers, and Smart Picks on DueDigits.
Jackpot-game availability can change — confirm with the official Texas Lottery. DueDigits is an analytics site and does not sell tickets.
How to play: straight vs. box
Your stake wins differently depending on the play type. A straight bet must match the draw in exact order and pays the most. A box bet wins on any arrangement of your digits and pays less. A straight/box split covers both. For a full walkthrough, see How Pick 3, Pick 4 & Pick 5 Work and the number-patterns guide.
The odds in Texas
Because every result is equally likely, the straight odds for each game are fixed:
- Pick 3 (Pick 3) — 1 in 1,000 straight.
- Daily 4 (Pick 4) — 1 in 10,000 straight.
Box plays have better odds but smaller payouts, and no past results change a future draw. See Lottery Odds Explained for the full math and what “due” really means.
