How DueDigits collects, uses, and protects your information.
Last updated · May 2026Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how DueDigits (“DueDigits,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit duedigits.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you consent to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We keep data collection minimal. We collect:
- Email subscription data. If you sign up for our daily Due Digits email, we collect your email address and the state (or states) you choose to follow.
- Usage and device data. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically receive standard log and analytics data — such as your approximate location (derived from IP address), browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring site. This is used in aggregate to understand and improve the Site.
- Cookies and similar technologies. See section 4 below.
We do not ask for or collect sensitive personal information such as financial account numbers, government IDs, or payment-card details. Please never send that information to us.
How we use information
- To send the daily Due Digits email you subscribed to.
- To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site.
- To respond to messages you send us.
- To display advertising that helps keep the Site free.
- To detect, prevent, and address security or technical issues.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored on your device. We and our service providers use them to remember your preferences (such as a dismissed signup banner), understand site usage, and — through our advertising partners — serve and measure ads. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some features of the Site may not work properly if you do.
Advertising and Google AdSense
The Site uses third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to help keep it free to use. Please note:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices and optout.networkadvertising.org.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent prompt governing the use of advertising cookies before personalized ads are served.
For more information on how Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps, see Google’s policy.
Third-party services we rely on
We use a small set of reputable service providers to run the Site. Each processes limited data on our behalf and maintains its own privacy policy:
- Google AdSense — advertising.
- Vercel — website hosting and performance analytics.
- Supabase — database hosting for lottery results.
- Beehiiv — email list management for the daily email.
- Resend — delivery of the daily email.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle data.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click one, the destination service may set its own cookies and collect its own data under its own privacy policy. DueDigits may earn a commission from qualifying actions, at no additional cost to you.
Email communications
If you subscribe to the daily Due Digits email, we will email you once per day with the lottery analytics for your selected state(s), plus occasional related messages. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing removes your email address from our active sending list.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults of legal lottery-playing age and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention
We retain email subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping. Aggregate analytics data is retained per our service providers’ standard retention periods. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).
Your rights and choices
- Unsubscribe from the daily email using the link in any email.
- Opt out of personalized advertising via the links in section 5.
- Control cookies through your browser settings.
- Request access or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will honor valid requests to the extent the law requires.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, and we rely on established providers with their own security programs. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
